HOLDER/CIA Investigation
In the interest of full disclosure I know people who have worked for our
intelligence community. I know the sacrifices they have made and they
have been huge - family - economic and in some cases sanity. I also
believe that it is because of these men and women that we have not
had any more attacks within the United States.
The men we are fighting and I do 100% believe we are in a war do not
fight according to the rules of the Geneva Convention. I know that
many believe that what they perceive as our failure to comply with the
"Rules of Engagement" put our troops at greater risk. I surmise our
troops are already at greater risk - if they become a prisoner of war
they will not be imprisoned and give the basic necessities to survive.
They will be beheaded in front of a camera and then their beheading
will be cast around the world and many who hate America will cheer.
Taking the high road with an enemy who refuses to take any road of
decency results in only one outcome - the enemy wins. There is no
other outcome. We may be able to feel morally superior for a few
moments but we will lose and losing this war spells doom. Please
remember the men we are fighting hate women and freedom

I need Sarah Palin to go away and NEVER come back - she has been
giving me indigestion since the evening McCain announced that she
would be his running mate. My response was to call my state's
Republican headquarters then McCain's Arizona office followed by a
call to the national headquarters begging anyone who would listen to
me to PLEASE get her off the ticket - the moment she took the stage I
knew the game was over. Now less then a year after the election she

PAY ATTENTION TO THE KIDS IN CUSTODY CASES
The most important thing to remember when you are preparing for a
child custody battle is to know that child custody hearings should
NEVER BE battles. In fact anytime a custody hearing becomes a battle
then it is no longer a custody hearing to determine what is in the best
interest of the child and it becomes a hearing of what the parents want
and a child custody hearing should always be about the child not the
parent's What this means is that parents need to put aside their anger
with each other and/or the situation and focus on the needs of their
child. I am aware that this can be very difficult.
Divorce involves betrayal, death of dreams, depression and on
occasion rage. Often any and all emotions felt by the parents are
legitimate and should be acknowledged. However these feelings and
frustrations should be acknowledged and addressed only by the adults
and only in ways that are healthy and not self destructive. One of the
best ways for a parent to have his or her feelings acknowledged and
validated is through therapy. Therapy gives the parent a place where
he or she can go and be completely safe and hopefully receive support
and constructive feedback. In many cases it may be helpful in divorce
to also seek out therapy for the children involved. While a parent is
experiencing the loss of his or her marriage the child is experiencing the
loss of his or her family.
Here are some very important things to remember when you are
preparing for a custody hearing.
1. The judge does not love your children - you are the one who loves
your child
2. The judge does not know your children - you are the one that knows
your child
3.The judge is likely to hear fifty child custody cases a week. While this
is the most important thing going on in your life it is not the most
important thing going on in the judges life (this sounds harsh but it is
true)
4. The lawyers do not love or know your children either and while you
may be paying them hundreds of dollars an hour your custody hearing
is NOT the most important thing in their life. Often they will do the best
they can for you and zealously advocate on your behalf but when the
hearing is over they are going home to their family
5. Judges do not like it when parents attack each other. It
demonstrates an immaturity on the part of the parent and makes it less
likely the judge will rule in your favor
6. If you and your ex-partner are appearing without having a lawyer
represent you be quiet and LISTEN TO THE JUDGE. Answer the
questions the judge asks not the ones you wish the judge would ask
7. If you have concerns about your ex-partner keep documentation.
Get a notebook and write down the issue, the date of the incident, how
you responded and how your ex-partner responded
8.Attend all meetings, doctor appointments, etc for your child. If you
are the parent who currently has primary custody keep your ex-partner
informed and invite them to these meetings, appointments,etc.
Document that you have kept the other parent informed
9. Sometimes there are very serious issues with the other parent -
maybe your ex-partner sexually abused your child. Maybe you and
your child have been the victims of domestic violence. In these
instances it is very important to ensure that your child is receiving any
and all treatment he or she needs to address the trauma. Be open and
honest with your child's treatment providers, ask them to come to court
and testify on your behalf.
10. If a protective order is in place make sure you abide by the
protective order at all times. If your ex-partner violates the protective
order call the police and keep documentation. Also if there is a
protective order in place make sure your child's school and/or daycare
provider is aware of the protective order and it's requirements.
11. Remember at all times that you and your ex-spouse are the two
people who are most connected to your child. That the other parent will
always be a part of your child's life (even an absent parent is a part of
your child's life) and that if you and your ex-partner can work together
to put your children first your children will have a much greater chance
of rising above the trauma of divorce and reaching their full potential.
Child custody cases are never easy and due to the subject matter they
really should not be easy. Your children should be the your number
one priority and when you go to court there is always a lot of risk and
uncertainty. You have a responsibility to ensure that you do all that you
can to protect your children and keep them safe. The best way to do
this is to make sure you have a supportive community and to work with
their other parent to achieve the best outcome.*

Euthanasia - Dying on My Terms
We are kinder to our pets then we are to our fellow human beings. As a society we tend to treat death as a
failure something that should always be overcome no matter what the cost emotionally and/or physically. The
reality is that often times death can be a gift. Most people say they believe that there is a God and believe
that there is "something" that happens to our "spirit" or "soul" after we die and yet many of us are afraid of
death. As a society we do not talk about death or dying. We tend to fight death our own and the deaths of
those we love and we fight every step of the way.
Pounding on the chest of an eighty-seven year old man who has been in and out of the hospital for the past
three years and just had his latest heart attack. Sticking breathing tubes down the throat of a baby who has no
brain activity due to being shaken. Putting in a feeding tube for a woman who was in a car accident and has
been in a coma for eighteen months. Injecting poison into the veins of a woman who has metastasized cancer
that has spread to all of her organs and has a six month prognosis. For those who argue that Euthanasia is
cruel and unusual that it lacks compassion I say YOU ARE WRONG. Allowing someone to die peacefully
surrounded by loved ones on their own terms this is true compassion true love. Letting someone go is much
harder then grasping them to you and making them stay when their mind, body and spirit is exhausted.
The only way this debate is going to be settled is if we as a society really talk about death. What does it mean
individually? What does it mean for a family? What does it mean for the community? We need to stop
Looking at death as a failure and start accepting the reality that all of us, each and everyone, is going to die.
Those who argue that it is up to God to decide when we die are often the ones who want extraordinary
measures taken to keep a body alive. You cannot have extraordinary measures and God's timing. God's
timing would be the first heart attack. The stopping of breathe when the brain ceases to work. Keeping one
alive when the essence of the body is gone is in my opinion selfish and fear based.
I know that I do not want to "live" if I do not remember my name, the faces of those that I love. I do not want to
"live" if dementia has taken over my mind and all I can feel is fear. I do not want to live if my mind works and
my body has forsaken me. Maybe some do want to live under these circumstances and if someone does then
I believe that all measures should be taken. However if someone does NOT then NO ONE should have the
ability to step in and make an alternative decision.
If one feels strongly about this issue one should ensure he or she has a living will and an advanced medical
directive. Talk to your spouse/partner/friend about your wishes. Make sure you doctor knows you and has
your directions in your medical file. Protect yourself whatever side of the debate you support.
This is a sanctity of life argument and the reality is that quality should always be at least a part of sanctity.

The United States will attack Iran through Israel and it will be done within the coming months not the
coming years. Iran cannot be allowed to obtain nuclear weapons for a number of reasons. These reasons
include the following
1. Not only would Iran be incapable of protecting their nuclear arsenal they would willingly sell nuclear
weapons to Syria and Hamas.
2. The leaders of Iran have repeatedly stated that it is their intent and hope to destroy Israel - Israel is not
going to stand idly by and allow a sworn enemy to acquire a weapon that will be capable of destroying half
of their population with one strike
3. Iran claims that the reason they need nuclear technology is for energy independence. Iran is sitting on
one of the worlds greatest oil supplies. They do not need nuclear energy to be energy independent.
Therefore they are lying about their intentions and the reality is that the Iranian government has been lying
about their intention for acquiring nuclear technology since they started their nuclear program
4. Since the Iranian government and the mullahs would willingly sell and supply Hamas with nuclear
weapons and the stated mission of Hamas is to destroy Israel and the West the Israelis, the United States
and all developed Western Counties have a personal interest in ensuring the Iran does not get a nuclear
weapon
5. Iran would not participate in the Soviet era of MAD - mutually assured destruction (the reason that we
have nuclear subs) many in Iran's regime do not respect life ADDITIONALLY they really and truly believe
that it is their RESPONSIBILITY to act in such ways that their prophet Muhammad will return to earth. To
them the end of the world is to be celebrated not feared
6. In the past three days Iran has rattled the cage and almost asked to be attacked by testing three long
range missiles. The tests started two days after the world was presented with the information about Iran's
"secret" nuclear program. ( In all honesty this program was only a secret to anyone who was not paying
ANY attention to what was going on - Iranian leaders lie - the time they speak the truth is when they are
talking about destroying Israel and the West)
Additionally there are a number of signs that the United States and Israel are preparing the world for the
coming attack. President Barack Obama's decision to stop the weapon shield program in Turkey was a
concession to Russia. There is a behind the door agreement between the United States and Russia that
when the attack comes Russia will shake it's very big stick but do nothing. During the recent United
Nations summit President Obama shared top secret intelligence with the world documenting that Iran has
been lying about their nuclear programs for years and showing proof through pictures and other
documents that Iran has a secret program. There has been no support for Iran from their Middle Eastern
neighbors. Saudi Arabia has said nothing in defense of Iran. Iraq (which is a mess and needs it own
article) has said nothing in defense of Iran. Jordan has said nothing. Egypt has said nothing. The reality is
the regimes in the Middle East support the position of the United States, Israel and the West not one
wants Iran to have a nuclear bomb. An Iranian nuclear weapon would do nothing but further destabilize this
part of the world.
There will be fallout from the attack. Innocent people will die. Many innocent people will die. The Iranian
government recently displayed their utter contempt for their people during their "free elections" the leaders
of Iran will not make decisions to protect their citizens. Along with the death of many innocents the cost of
oil will rise impacting everyone on a global scale. Gas will cost four dollars a gallon in the United States
and these prices will be among the cheapest among the world's countries. One hopes that these costs will
force people to rethink their dependence on fossil fuels but I do not know. The human condition lends itself

Roman Polanski is a RAPIST
This is just one more example of Hollywood supporting
degenerates. Polanski PLEAD guilty to the rape. He was in his
forties and the little girl he raped was THIRTEEN - this is the
average age of an eighth grader. WTF and then you have lunatics
like Woody Allen demanding his release. Will all do respect
(which is really none) to Woody Allen you have got to be frigging
kidding me - Allen is as bad if not worse then Polanski. Allen had
sex with his daughter. There are those who say he never adopted
her but this is a hollow argument - he was in the paternal role for
the majority of this child's life. So Allen along with being a sicko is
also an incestuous bastard. I LOVED Woody Allen's movies and
spent many an evening with my husband watching Sleeper and
Banana's but as soon as we found out about his relationship with
his daughter all viewing stopped. There was no way that I was
going to support in any way a man who should be locked up and
is a pervert.
I feel the same way about Polanski. I have never seen one of his
movies and never will. Being a "creative genius" if that is what he
is does not give him or anyone else license to rape children.
Along with his rape conviction he has been a fugitive from justice
for the past twenty years and living the high life. Romance, travel,
abundance - it is pathetic. My expectation is that if Polanski was
a poor black man who was in his forties when he raped a 13 year
old that we would have gone to the end of the world to capture him
and make him serve his sentence. His fame should not make him
immune from justice. For those who say he was distraught due to
the murders of his wife and child I am sure this was true - but one
would think that being the victim of such a horrific crime would
also give one insight into the harm that is caused when innocence
is stolen and that it what Mr. Polanski did - stole innocence. I want
him brought back to the United States and I want him to sit in a jail
cell and I want his fellow inmates to know he is a sexual defiant
who raped a little girl. Maybe its time for him to feel some of the
fear felt by his victim. Lastly I must say I am VERY
DISAPPOINTED in Martin Scorsese - why he is even involved in
this debate is beyond my comprehension.
It is time to extradite Polanski and let him serve his time

forties and the little girl he raped was THIRTEEN - this is the

sex with his daughter. There are those who say he never adopted

while President Bush signed new law into effect in 2004 that attempts to ban virtual child
pornography the reality is that it is still out there and VERY EASILY accessible. There are

sexually deviants with information about the best places to find and look at little girls. This
is not considered a crime and there is nothing anyone can do to shut down the sites.

Think of all of the cases you can over the past four years that have involved men raping and

treating these SICK BASTARDS. They are treated in jails. They are treated in mental hospitals. They are treated
through private counselors and sex offender groups. Treatment methods vary. One's that I have personally witnessed
include polygraphs so that the offenders are required to confront and admit their list of crimes. Often these are done
with immunity results not shared with police or victims. Done by "treatment" providers who believe that bastards who
will rape a child will confess to a concerned and caring therapist who "understands them and knows they do not want to
hurt children" which is bullshit as these "offenders" made a conscious decision to abuse and terrorize a child. Another
treatment is for the offender to sit in the middle of a circle of other offenders and "imagine" being the victim, therapists
tell you this exercise creates empathy. Once again this is total and complete bullshit. The "offender" who is learning
empathy is most likely getting a sick thrill relieving the harm they inflicted on their victim and the other participants are
learning new ways to torture children. I have seen treatment programs that have offenders do "worksheets" yes
worksheets - they do not actually show you the worksheets because they are confidential but I would bet my house that
this is just one more bullshit treatment method that does not work. There are some additional treatments that are
considered more radical including chemical castration. What none of the treatment providers tell you is that not a single
therapy works. That child sexual offenders will always be "sexually attracted" to children and that they will always seek
out victims. Some offenders may be able to keep it together for a short time but not forever and the abuse escalates.
An offender may start off by looking at child pornography on the computer. Participate in forums with other sickos that
explain the best places to see children and how to blend into the crowd. These sites are legal and easily found - all you
have to do is google the topic - it is totally and completely disgusting and should not be protected by free speech. I do
not believe Jefferson would have considered this to be free speech under the Constitution he drafted. The offender will
start to covert a neighbors child maybe start to take their own pictures of children and then digitally alter these pictures
and post them on the Internet. At some point the offender will move on to fondling a child deriving pleasure from the
child's body and destruction of the child's soul. Most if not all offenders will have many many victims before they are
caught. Often the offenders will not be prosecuted. It is very difficult to prosecute these cases.
The victim child has been traumatized,often being told and believing that they are the one at fault. The offender will tell
their victims that if anyone finds out that they will not be believed, that the offender will kill the child's pet or family.
Children do not make for good witnesses. They do not have the same sense of time as adults. They may disassociate
themselves with the act so they cannot tell anyone where it occurred, the time of day or how often. Defense attorney's

Is Sarah Palin a quitter? YES YES YES. Please allow me to state up front that I cannot stand Sarah Palin and
have not liked her from the moment she came on the national scene. The day after McCain announced that
she would be his running mate I almost had a stroke. Once I recovered enough to catch my breath I focused
and acted. The first thing I did was call my State's Republican Headquarters and asked them if McCain had lost
his mind. I was concerned that maybe dementia had set in and that a terrible mistake had been made, one the
could be rectified if someone took immediate action. Up until Ms. Palin was nominated I was a McCain
supporter and to this day I believe that is someone other then Sarah was on the ticket McCain would be the
current President of the United States.
My state headquarters did not understand the problem. When I explained that Ms. Palin went to a number of
undergraduate colleges before she receieved her degree they believed I was overreacting. I can understand a
change in Universities but Governor Palin went to more then two colleges before she got her degree and not a
single transfer was to move to a higher ranking University. She just quit and moved on.
Since I did not get the desired response from my state headquarters I decided I would call McCain's office in
Arizona. I posed the same question. What the hell was McCain thinking? Governor Palin had NO EXPERIENCE
and really and truly no grasp on any of the real issues facing America. I commend her for getting elected as the
Governor of Alaska but this took fewer votes then are needed for the MAYOR of NYC to get elected.
Additionally I knew Sarah did not have any advanced degree. Some may call me an elitist but I want the
President and the Vice President of the United States of America to have some domestic and foreign policy
experience. By failing to acquire any advanced degree Sarah showed us she had no real intellectual curiosity.
Additionally the fact that she had never traveled out of the United States except for one trip to the Bahamas
showed she was not interested in expanding her horizons or learning. Once again Sarah "quit" her education
both formal and informal.
As I failed to get McCain's office to boot her off the ticket it was time to go to the top. I called the
Republican National Headquarters in Washington D.C. and posed my question for the third time. I must say that
each phone call I made was answered by a live person. They all listened to me and then dismissed me in all
fairness to the guy in DC by the time I made this phone call I may have been screeching and was most likely
identified as a lunatic. With that said they should have listened to me, but whatever.

her hair done and paying attention to her Manolo's Ms. Palin should have spent EVERY MOMENT on the campaign
trail educating herself on the real issues facing this country. Instead she relied on her looks and her winks.
Quitters are the ones who fall back on appearances and gestures it is easier then using your brain and intellect.
Obama and Biden won the election. Afterwards many thought that Sarah would be the new face of the
Republican party a fact that literally made me sick to my stomach and want to crawl into bed and cover my

again showed her true colors. She QUIT. She resigned as the Governor of Alaska with eighteen months still
left she QUIT. It has been months since she QUIT and she has yet to give a single reasonable explanation for
her decision.
She is not spending more time with her kids as she has spent the last four months on a book tour. She is not
working to help the Republican platform as she has made few if any appearances on behalf of candidates in all
fairness this may be because no one wants her. She has not done anything to help the people of Alaska since
